A conversion project in Orpington, Kent involving reconfiguring existing 1st and 2nd floor offices to form 8 apartments for our client Brewster Estates.
The works included specialist cutting to remove the existing concrete staircase, new roofing, replacement windows and high quality fixtures and fittings together with some external works. The project was successfully completed to programme and within budget.
