This construction project was carried out for our client Bourne Leisure at their Seashore resort in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. 

The contract involved the complete removal of existing concrete indoor swimming pools, construction of new lane pool, confidence pool and aquaplay area within the existing facility, refurbishment of the reception and changing rooms, construction of a new flume tower and plant room together with some external works.  Working closely together with a number of specialists the project has provided the park with a water play experience for all family members and was handed over to suit the programme.
